I Would Create The World's First Rent-To-Own Creativity Mansion
The plan is a unique EXAMPLE to be REPEATED once proven:
1) Sell 1,000 membership artworks for $1,000 USD each.
2) Build a Creativity Mansion with 10 soundproofed apartments inside, or a simple house with 10 soundproofed rooms; each one equipped with high-end recording equipment. This will facilitate "Flow State" environments where exceptional talents can be combined with the depths and breadths of knowledge necessary to address today's unique challenges. Think of ten luxury "foldable homes" designed together.
3) Fill the mansion with 10 talented and driven musicians and technologists and charge $1,500/month for rent. These Renters will each create next-level art and help build www.xVote.xyz -- the Bitcoin and Ethereum cross-chain, tamperproof digital identity platform.
4) Each Renter has the opportunity to BUY their apartment simply by making 120 consecutive payments, while the artworks from the "Flowers in the Dark" NFT Collection can each also be used as an additional form of payment in lieu of $1,500 (i.e. if an early participant sells their Membership Artwork for $1,300 then they would profit $300 while the Renter saves $200).
5) Owners of these membership artworks can trade them based on their artistic values alone -- but they can also make profit by selling the NFTs for more than their initial purchase price.

Each "Flowers in the Dark" Membership symbolizes hope, progress, and the final 1000 hours of skillful mastery after my 9000-hour journey playing guitar (with 1024 symbolizing how many bytes are in a computer kilobyte). These are *THE VERY FIRST* Cross-Chain *VISIBLY AUTOGRAPHED* artworks on Bitcoin, and some of the only artworks in existence that reflect the importance of recognizing MULTIPLE blockchains.
It's been almost THREE years since I've sold any digital art I've created and, in that time, I've given much more to the digital art and Web3 Community than I've taken or asked for -- and I perpetually make it better than how I find it. Building this Creativity Mansion project is THE MOST IMPORTANT VISION of mine in all of my years working in web-development and invisibly building "the future of the internet."
